Suitably qualified candidates will exceed the below minimum skills & qualifications;

Strong Customer Service orientation with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent planning and organising skills

  • Strong business acumen in the aftersales environment
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Motor Industry
  • Strong PC skills in all Microsoft Office software
  • Traceable customer satisfaction references
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
  • Professional and courteous language proficiency
