What You'll Do:

• Schedule appointments and prioritize service requests like a pro.
• Explain recommended services and costs with clarity.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure swift, top-notch repairs.
• Keep customers informed and satisfied throughout the service process.
• Handle inquiries and concerns with professionalism and poise.
• Process orders and maintain precise records.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry.
• Familiarity with Evolve DMS is a plus.
