MMG Toyota Weskus is currently looking for a receptionist to serve as the interface between the company and its customers.

  • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership or service centre.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a professional and courteous demeanour.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
  • Handle customer payments and provide receipts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a positive and friendly demeanour.
