Receptionist - MMG Toyota Weskus
MMG Toyota Weskus is currently looking for a receptionist to serve as the interface between the company and its customers.
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership or service centre.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Handle customer payments and provide receipts.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive and friendly demeanour.
