What You’ll Do
- Direct all dealership functions, including sales, service, parts, and finance, to maximize revenue and achieve CSI excellence.
- Control costs, optimize inventory, and ensure adherence to Ford standards.
- Recruit, train, and inspire staff while driving marketing initiatives for sustained growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive new and repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and corrective action where necessary.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all touchpoints.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in automotive operations.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Computer literate (CRM systems, Excel, Word, Email).
