F and I Business Manager - MMG Toyota Newcastle

If you are experienced in finance and insurance with Dealership experience, up to date with your CPD hours, necessary regulatory exam completed, experienced in people management and great at analysing data then this role might be for you.

The duties and responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive.


Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Act as F and I relief when required

2. Analyse the submission of applications to the banks

3. Effectively manage and analyse the processing of finance applications and maximize benefit for the dealer / group and customer.

4. Explain and train on offerings and recommending products to meet the needs of the client

5.Ensure clients are given advice to make informed decisions as and when necessary

6.Effectively manage and resolve escalated client complaints and concerns

7.Understanding and complying with statutory regulations

8. Actively manage F and I performance including target achievement and market penetration

9. Professionally and effectively communicate with various stakeholders including external financial institutions, insurance companies, product suppliers and OEM’s. Preference will be given to candidates with multiple language competency

10. Analytical ability relating to data trends resulting in effective reporting of F and I performance

11. Signio experience advantageous

12. Soft skills such as conflict management / performance coaching and employee motivation


Required Qualifications:


1. FAIS and FICA Accredited

2. RE1 and RE5 exam completed

3. NCA card

4. CPD hours up to date

5. NQF Level 4

6. DOFA (Date of First Appointment) From FSCA
